If you'd like to bring your own tablecloth or other materials for your booth, you are welcome to do so.

Shipping information will also be sent in your exhibitor kit. Exhibitor kits will be emailed in the weeks leading up to the event.
IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
- Check in for sponsors will be announced closer to the event, in your exhibitor kit.
- Tables will be standard 6' - each will have a solid, black tablecloth for optional use. If you have a 6'+ backdrop, please let Lacey@bulletproofdentalpractice.com know to ensure it can fit in the space.
- If you require a power outlet for your booth, please bring an extension cord. We cannot guarantee your booth will be near an outlet, but we will do our best to accommodate! You will also have the option to have power set up through the power team at Wynn. More information to come in your exhibitor kit.
- Drs. Boulden & Spodak will give on-stage endorsements the morning of 8/11 to those sponsors whose level includes this.
- If your sponsor package includes an exclusive podcast, podcast mentions, Track hosting, etc. our team will reach out in the weeks after Summit with further details and to schedule.
Sponsor booths will be in our "BULLETPROOF BUNKER" [rooms 5-7 in the LaTour Ballroom/General Session].
NOTE: Our BULLETPROOF BUNKER will be "the place to be" during the conference! 360 photo booth, refreshments, speakers hanging out, cash bar, music, etc.
